CCP 998 offers to compromise are frequently used in employment matters involving FEHA claims.  This program is designed to provide the basics regarding CCP 998 offers, including how and when to effectively use them.  The program will also include a discussion on the advantages and potential pitfalls of using 998 offers in FEHA actions as well as their impact on settlement.
