LACBA Office Space Available for Lease

We hope that you have had the opportunity to attend programming or other events at LACBA’s downtown offices at 1055 West 7th Street, where we currently occupy the 26th and 27th floors. This has been our professional home since 2009. The world has changed in the intervening 10 years and so has LACBA! We are in the midst of efforts to improve the efficiency of your association, and that includes better utilization of our staff, including relying on remote workers for many of our call center-based departments. These efficiencies create the opportunity to sublease our extra space at headquarters.  

We are excited to offer our 26th floor (19,000 square feet) for sublease at a competitive rate. The sublease could last as long as the master lease, which ends March 31, 2026. Transitioning some of our staff to a remote work model that better serves the needs of our members will result in a smaller physical footprint for LACBA, while maintaining the same positive member experience. Thank you for your membership and support as we continue building a better bar for all!
