Domestic Violence Legal Services Project Thanks Student Interpreter, Tony Valle
Tony is a new student interpreter from the Southern California School of Interpretation. Through the years, the school has arranged for their students to receive practical training while assisting victims of intimate abuse at the clinic. After interpreting for a very needy elderly client, Tony said, “I am truly awed and humbled to be serving in a place that remains critically important for people who are desperately hurting.” Without student volunteers like Tony, the clinic would not be able to rapidly assist its monolingual clients. Thank you, Tony.
