Become a DVP Volunteer

For attorneys: DVP has volunteer opportunities for active, inactive, and retired members of the State Bar.

Requirements:

• Must be in good standing with the California State Bar; and
  • If you are retired or an inactive member of the State Bar, you may volunteer through the California State Bar Pro Bono Practice Program and receive a free license fee and free and/or reduced-rate MCLE.
• Complete our Volunteer Information Form.

For law school graduates and paralegals: DVP has volunteer opportunities for paralegals and law school graduates.

Requirements:

• Complete our Volunteer Information Form; and
• Submit a current resume to DVP Staff.

For law school students: DVP has volunteer and internship opportunities available for current law students.

Requirements:

• Must be currently enrolled in Law School; and
• Complete a Volunteer Information Form.

We always have a critical need for volunteers who are bilingual English/Spanish speakers.
