This program address how making men allies on gender issues in the legal profession can be a win-win for male and female lawyers. You will hear from the perspectives of three married lawyer couples and one male lawyer how men can be the most effective advocates of gender equality. This program will also address bias in court and the legal community/workplace and why developing allies whether it be spouse, senior partner, or mentor is essential—with real life examples of gender bias and how we can address, react to, and assist, including lessons learned from the pandemic.
