The Taxation section is concerned with all areas of federal, state and local taxation. The section has committees in corporate, employee benefits, entertainment, estate and gift, foreign, income, pass-through entities, procedure and litigation, real estate taxation, state and local tax, tax-exempt organizations and young tax lawyers that offer programs, monitor and comment on legislation and regulations and exchange information. The section also has pro bono, past chairs, and publications committees.
