Family Law Practice Manual Available from Harriett Buhai Center

The 2008 edition of Assisting the Limited-Income Client in Family Law Matters is available from the Harriett Buhai Center for Family Law. 

The guidebook provides an annotated discussion of all the critical Judicial Council forms needed to commence and prosecute actions for dissolution of marriage and establishment of paternity in California including related orders to show cause and motions. It provides step-by-step instruction and practical tips based on the Buhai Center’s 25-plus years helping limited-income persons.
