DATE: Friday, October 20, 2000 Top Securities and Exchange Commission officials, representatives of other regulatory agencies, and leading private practitioners, will present a comprehensive review of current events and developments in the securities field. This 33rd Annual Securities Regulation seminar will include an overview of judicial, regulatory, and enforcement developments, as well as the pearls and perils of investing with clients and other matters of interest to the securities bar.
