The Corporate Law Departments Section sponsors educational programs, which are designed to satisfy MCLE requirements. These programs include:

• The Institute for Corporate Counsel, co-sponsored with the University of Southern California Law School, a nationally recognized legal education program, serving more than 500 business lawyers annually;
• The General Counsel Round Table, where senior corporate counsel gather to discuss topics of importance to business lawyers; and
• The Annual Seminar, an excellent educational opportunity combined with a social program, in local resort cities such as Palm Springs and Dana Point.
• Seminars and other programs dealing with problems of common interest, such as corporation and antitrust law, attorney-client privilege, governmental regulation, law department administration, and relations with outside counsel.
