Criminal Law Forecast 2007: Hot Topics For The Coming Year This seminar will focus on three topics of relevance to criminal law practitioners. Those topics include a discussion of DNA evidence and its presentation in court. The Crawford case and current distiguishing cases will be analyzed from both the prosecution and defense perspectives. Finally, Federal and state prosecutors will discuss computer crimes in two sessions: one devoted to cyber-crimes and the other devoted to crimes against children.
