Probate Code Sec. 1516.5, which permits termination of parental rights and adoption of child by guardian without a finding of parental unfitness if child has been in custody of guardian for at least two years and would benefit from adoption, is unconstitutional to extent it is applied to unwed fathers who have made a full commitment to their parental responsibilities.
