Tort Case Type Elert

The Tort Case Type Elert is a daily computer-generated list of case summaries of Contract cases that have been entered into the electronic docket system by the Los Angeles Superior Court clerks.  It is delivered to you by email within 24 hours of posting by the Superior Court clerks, and it provides information on the parties, types of cases, and counsel involved in newly filed Tort Los Angeles Superior Court cases.
