List Rentals

On this page you will find information about LACBA's list rental program, including information about the administrative process of renting a LACBA list, the types of sorts and list that are available and pricing. LACBA's list rental program is designed to allow list renters to communicate with people in the legal profession by direct mail.

Other List Criteria

Master File: This list consists of all LACBA contacts.
Association Membership: This list consists of all current LACBA members
Geography: These lists consist of contacts in a specific geographical area, such as city, county, zip code, etc.
Length of Practice: These lists consist of contacts based on how long an attorney has been practicing law.
Age: These lists consist of contacts based on age.
Gender: These lists consist of contacts who are either male or female.

Note: The criteria for any list can be combined. For example, a list can be created consisting of all Litigation attorneys, who have been practicing for less than five years who are also located in San Bernardino County.

General Conditions/Restrictions*

All lists are for one-time use only
Copying or transcribing any list information in any form is not permitted
E-mail addresses are not provided
Phone numbers are not provided
A mailing exemplar is required

Pricing

Minimum Order: $500.00 / 1,600 Contacts.
Additional Contacts: $360.00 / 1,000 Contacts

Administration

To rent a LACBA list, download and complete the "List Information Sheet" and "List Purchase Agreement" below. Email or fax these completed documents, along with a sample of your mailer, to the contact noted below. Once the list is compiled, you will receive an invoice by email, which you can complete and return with your credit card information. List renters may also pay this invoice by check. Upon payment confirmation, the list will be delivered.
