Dear Remedies Section Members:

This year the Executive Committee will assemble an aggressive MCLE schedule to provide both Nuts and Bolts and advanced programs for our members. We also plan to hold a networking event for our members so that we can learn more about each other and our respective practices, so the Section can be even more responsive to its members. While all of us are "Remedies" attorneys, most of us have some very unique skill sets and experiences, which make our section a great referral source for all of us.

For those of you that are not yet members of the Remedies Section, I want to encourage you to attend our events and learn more about how the Remedies Section can give you the tools needed to not only get to judgment, but more importantly, to collect on your judgment! As someone told me long ago, "it is not getting the judgment that counts, but collecting on it!"
