The Section provides support to attorneys in Los Angeles County who practice in the substantive areas of business, corporate, and securities law. In addition, the Section's listserve offers a forum for exchange among its members. The Section also monitors and comments on legislative and regulatory developments by working closely with the SEC, California Department of Corporations, and other regulatory agencies.
