Casino & Poker Night to Support LACBA Projects: Domestic Violence, AIDS Legal Services, and Immigration Legal Assistance

L.A.P.D. Chief Charlie Beck and Judge Kim McLane Wardlaw, U.S. Court of Appeals, will be honored at November 10 event at the Los Angeles Athletic Club, 6:30-10:30 p.m..

On November 10, 2011, the Los Angeles County Bar Foundation will host an elegant evening of Vegas-style gaming at Casino & Poker Night, a first-time event to support the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s three public service projects: Domestic Violence Project, AIDS Legal Services Project, and Immigration Legal Assistance Project.

The Foundation will recognize Los Angeles Police Department Chief Charlie Beck; Judge Kim McLane Wardlaw, U.S. Court of Appeals; and others for their leadership in support of these causes.

Tickets are $500 for the “High Rollers Package,” which includes exclusive access to the VIP Lounge, an open bar and hors d’ouevres, playing chips, and an enhanced set of raffle tickets for an opportunity to win luxury raffle prizes. A “Red Carpet Admission” is $200, which includes three complimentary drinks and hors d’ouevres, playing chips, and a standard set of raffle tickets.

Raffle prizes include a four-night stay at a deluxe flat in Paris located in the Montmartre district near the Basilique du Sacré-Coeur, one week at a three-bedroom ski chalet in Taos, New Mexico, and other great luxury prizes.
