| Continuing Legal Education Committee |
|
| The Continuing Legal Education committee hosts several educational programs annually, primarily designed to deliver targeted legal education and provide the California State Bar required CLE credits. Programs are consistently moderated and presented by practitioners that are leaders in their respective fields. The flagship program each year is a multi-day Nuts & Bolts of Litigation program that covers all aspects of a lawsuit from filing the complaint through trial. In addition, the committee hosts monthly programs targeted to various practice areas. In 2010, the committee hosted a Wage and Hour class action panel, a Merger and Acquisition panel, and is gearing up for an Appellate Panel and a separate Intellectual Property panel. In addition, in January each year, the committee offers hard to get Elimination of Bias and Substance Abuse classes. Contact: Adam Luetto at aluetto@gmail.com. |
