Join us on April 29, 2003 as the PPJR section offers Part 2 of its program on the interplay between Enforcement of Judgments and Family Law. Part 2 will be dedicated to Post-Judgment Issues. This program stands on its own -- attendance at Part I is not necessary to attend and obtain the critical information needed to enforce Judgments. Topics to be covered include: • Pre-marital debts, non-debtor spouse property liability • How to garnish the wages of the non-debtor spouse • How to levy on the bank account of the non-debtor spouse • How to levy on the business of the non-debtor spouse • Critical steps for Judgment Creditor during dissolution proceedings • Post-dissolution enforcement...and other must-know enforcement techniques
